Challenge
The rear axle of a Golf needed to be stacked for internal plant transport in a trolley. The tolerances in the trolleys and for loading them needed to be equalized.
Solution
To compensate for the tolerances in all degrees of freedom, a special axis compensation module was used. An integrated swivel module ensures that the axis can be swiveled upwards when gripped.
